What platform will my website be built on?
We build all our sites on WordPress, because WordPress is da bomb. It’s also one of the best available platforms for seriously accessible design.
Where will my website be hosted?
Our preferred web hosting company is Siteground, and we believe they’re one of the best in the industry. We’ll get it all set up for you, so you can focus on running your business.
What happens after my website is launched?
Your new site includes 3 months of maintenance by us. During those 90 days, we track your new website’s performance and analytics. This helps us to make sure it’s doing what you need it to do. From there, you can move onto our website care plan. Our website care plans include updating your software, regular backups, security checks and making sure your website is online and open for business 24/7/365.
How long will it take for my website to show in the top 3 Google results?
All our projects include our onsite kickstart SEO. But the truth is, nobody can guarantee that your website will go straight to the top of search engine results. In fact, if you’re just getting started launching a new site, chances are good it’s going to take a while – and there are a whole lot of factors that will affect that rise. What we can tell you is that if you launch your site and then forget about it, that’s a surefire way to make sure your website will get buried – and stay buried.
Can I use my own hosting?
No. As much as we want to support everyone, we’ve had plenty of bad experiences trying to accommodate other hosting companies and platforms that don’t meet our standards. We want to support you and create a lasting relationship with you throughout your business career.
Is my deposit refundable?
No. We book a number of clients who are looking to get their website up as efficiently as possible. Your deposit is non-refundable to make sure that we honour the week we’ve set aside just for you, and for our other clients.
Do you also offer marketing services?
No. If you are looking for social media, advertising or content writing services, we have a number of resources and we are happy to make introductions for you.
